On arrival we received a complimentary room upgrade, the room was lovely, and breakfast at Rump & Wade was excellent with attentive staff. Unfortunately, on 13th December, my partner and I were spoken to in an aggressive and completely unacceptable manner by the Night Manager. When returning to the hotel, we had to pass through a crowd outside the entrance and were shouted at...
