"Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable. What stood out most was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Particularly friendly and efficient was Karen in the restaurant. She was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We went to breakfast and 2 of our party had special dietary requirements. Karen went out of her way to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely return."

"The service at the front desk was amazing by the lady who gave us our room cards and the food was lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and it felt extra special due to the care and extras that were given as a gift. The room was lovely and it was perfect. Would definitely come again. "Manager is very helpful and a kind person. I stayed for four nights. The price is reasonable, and the rooms are clean. Wi-Fi is very good. The room size is decent . One mile from Watford junction station. Takes fifteen minutes by walk to reach the station . I avoided uber as i preferred walking . There is also a Sainsbury supermarket within ten minutes walk. Safe location and no empty eerie roads . I am ok with the facility."
