"The breakfast was really nice, wish there was more food options and activities at night but overall enjoyed my stay. Some property needs work but they are doing renovations so they should be back to normal. staff nice and helpful!"

"My stay at the Fred was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming. The property was beautiful, clean, & well maintained. The front desk manager Delia was very professional & helpful throughout the stay. Being able to text the front desk staff was so helpful and convenient. Special shout out to Jerome, the day time bartender. His professionalism, amazing energy, & charismatic nature really enhanced our experience there. The house keeping staff was amazing and always on top of keeping the rooms clean. 10000/10 would recommend the Fred! "

"The resort is short staffed and it was extremely difficult to get beach towels or anything from the activity center as they did not have any clean towels available or no one was staffed. The food was average and the beach was not very nice. The rooms were clean and nice except the floors made popping noises as you walked across them as it was laminate wood tiles snapped in place feather than having it glued down or tacked down. "

"Air conditioning work great. Our room was super clean. Place is a little old and outdated but kept up well. Has a very nice island atmosphere. The staff was amazing super friendly. Especially the manager roxy. I would definitely stay here again."

"All around, a nice place to stay. Not luxurious, but perfectly adequate. No major faults. The staff may give the appearance of being aloof or unfriendly, but I perceive this as a cultural difference and not a fault. Perhaps a natural shyness. Don’t expect obsequious friendliness, as experienced at some hotelsl chains. Just genuine kindness. "
