"The room I was allocated was comfortable, clean. It has balcony (not private but I did not mind as chatted with neighbours with side view to the water. Room was also spacious. I like that it has plates and cutlery. The hotel is a very walking distance to the water ferries to Queen Charlotte sounds. "

"The self check in was easy. Our Ferry came in quite later than scheduled so it was a quick stay over before leaving the next day. Too short of a stay to find anything wrong but much nicer and spacious than a regular motel. Very clean. 5 minutes off the Ferry. The spa was nice and so was the balcony in our unit. It was nice to have a grocery store and gas station so close they could easily be located just by looking out the window and not involve following any directions."

"Fantastic stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very well designed. The kitchen is excellent, with a very large range and plenty of space if you enjoy cooking. Everything is comfortable and it comes with underground parking. The views are beautiful, and the location is hard to beat. You can walk everywhere in Picton. "The room was clean, sizeable and the jetted spa bath absolutely superb. But that’s where it ends. We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. Originally opting for Sisu around the corner, we felt we should dine at the restaurant given we were staying as guests and that we could support this local establishment. We waited 1 hour and 15...

"Good kitchen staff but the room’s toilet was smelly. I vomited twice every time i went to the toilet, on the first night itself. The pungent smell was really strong. I called reception at 3 am wanted to change room but no one picked up. The next morning, i had to buy electric scented oil warmer to reduce the pungent smell. "
