Very good and tactical accomodation for reaching Milford sound, the area is overall very good. Personnel was very nice and helpful, bedroom comfortable, albeit a bit cold. Good breakfast and parking

We had a pleasant stay overall. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well, and the staff really stood out — everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. A couple of things to be aware of: there’s no elevator, so guests need to carry luggage up the stairs, which could be challenging if you have heavy bags or mobility concerns. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, though it felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. Breakfast offered a variety of options, but the food was average.

It’s a nice little property by the lake. The room was clean, moderate size and I was able to get a room for the same day. The staff were very friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast at the water front restaurant, the view was fabulous.
