Location was perfect! Walkable distance to most things. Very spacious and plenty of room to sleep a big family. No locks on toilet or bathroom, but we stayed with our little family so wasn’t that big of a deal. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. One bedroom suites were nicely upgraded. Two bedroom suite had great privacy and lovely windows but is in dire need of an upgrade.

I had low expectations of this motel having stayed at a Queenstown hotel the night before, but couldn’t believe how fantastic this place was! Great layout and facilities and immaculately clean! We didn’t meet any staff but they left us very friendly notes to explain why they weren’t available and to ensure we had everything we needed

Stayed here a few times and this room ( superior / upgraded rooms) was a lot fresher than the Standard one. Te anau is a very seasonal place and so the premium prices in peak hiking season may seem off comparing against property elsewhere. Great thing that it has a nice bed ( I like medium firm), shower, and the location is perfect for a lakefront stroll. Unfortunately the last few nights stayed there had been not reception team on deck but a friendly message that they’re short staffed. I understand, but I hope you find a team one day soon.
