The amenities are limited, just hand and body wash, and towels are limited, and no servicing, but for the price, the location is excellent, and the Lakeview rooms are totally separate from the backpacker dorms. "Generally ok place to stay. Has everything you need like all other hotels. Unfortunately the 1 bed apartment are not sound proof. So we had a poor nights sleep with hearing the people above us walking around and playing music until midnight and then car doors closing at 7am. The rooms don’t feel very private either with big glass doors in the bedroom and lounge so you have people walking past and looking in. Also worth noting, no air con "

"We stayed for two nights using this as a starting point for Milford Sound. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was exceptionally clean and rooms were large with lots of space. Well located on the lake within easy walking distance of town. Convenient parking onsite near your room. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend."
