"Well, if you are looking for a fancy place, look somewhere else, but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, well taken care of old style motel, this is it. It has been refurbished and has all the amenities you would want, like a good WIFI, very comfortable beds, quiet environment, and a reasonable price this is it. We stayed three nights, and were very happy. The owner, Patrick, makes you feel like you are really appreciated, and is so generous with information about food, caution about...

"Awesome historical inn. The rooms were filled with antiques and the history was wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor, next to the main street, which was pretty loud in our room, though we were so tired each evening, it didn't affect our sleeping. There is only a elevator to the 2nd floor, so you have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. We ate at the restaurant both nights, outdoor seating was great, and so was the food! Highly recommend this lovely...

"The room was very nicely decorated and roomy. It was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. We even loved the pillows which were "just right". The breakfast in the morning was really good and had a nice selection. The staff was "out of this world" friendly and helpful."

"The "suite" that was NOT a suite was a tiny, overpriced studio. It has zero seperation btw the living area & bed. just one small rectangle... Rude front desk!!!! Breakfast started closer to 7:30 than 7. Just death by a thousand paper cuts."

"The perfect little place to stay right in Middlesboro . My room was nice and clean and Quiet and had a little kitchen . It has dog friendly rooms and a pool too . Even had a complimentary Washer and Dryer . Staff was very nice and accommodating.This will definitely be my go to , on my next trip to Middlesboro ."

"Honestly it’s a dump. I lived in this town for 20 years and had to go back recently for a short visit. The bathroom shower was awful, the shower head needed replacement the sink had a big gap against the wall, the bathroom fan was super loud, the air conditioner was also super noisy AND they made me pay a $100 deposit when we checked in for damages in the event we broke anything. LOL "
