"It's a super basic, no frills place. It was ok-ish for a breif overnight stay to break up a road trip, but I definitely wouldn't want to stay longer than that. And... I honestly won't ever stay there again just because the beds were SO uncomfortable, but people's preferences differ I guess. Be aware there is no microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby, and the room had a mini fridge, but we didn't test it out. The water was plenty warm, check in was smooth. Thin walls/loud early in morning. No breakfast. Towel rack broken off wall, no hair dryer. No massive complaints other than the beds."

"Thin walls - I could hear the TV and the person in the room next to me coughing several times throughout the day/night. Property was mostly empty and they placed people in rooms next to each other - didn’t make much sense when requesting a quiet room."

"Came here to explore Zion and Bryce Canyon as this was the best bang for your buck. It’s in a great area with restaurants and grocery stores near by; plus it’s only about a 15 minute drive into Springdale and 20 or so minutes in Zion. Everything was clean, the staff were nice, the breakfast every morning was great. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. "

"We had to switch rooms due to a broken furnace that was going off and waking us up throughout the night. The staff was accommodating, but it was a little frustrating paying for a premium room, then having the room not be properly maintained. There was standing water in one of the sinks. When we switched rooms it was not the same premium room we paid for. The hot tub for the facility was broken. We had to get out early Saturday morning and were planning on getting breakfast in the hotel. The restaurant was closed because some called in sick. I understand that staff get sick, but proper management would have a contingency plan in place so guests can have the services they expected available during their stay. "
