"It’s not that bad but it felt gross to me: the hard water stained faucets, dingy towels, something was on the toilet. It’s really a 2 star hotel and I want to be in a 5. Bed linen was clean and overall the room was satisfactory. "

So many hotels are starting to cut corners on those little things, but Quality Inns are consistent in offering so many details - in-room coffee and tea, Kleenex, water cups, make-up remover, shampoo, soaps, lotion. Always a refrigerator, microwave, ice...! Full breakfast at this location! A few facility items on property need a little TLC. Great access to freeway and Cross Hollow Event Center. "

"2nd time we have stayed at this property, the room keys were a total annoyance this trip, the slightest thing would deprogram them, we made no less than 10 trips to the front desk to have them redo our keys over two days…other than that it was great."
