"Second time staying this year. Last trip request king room got 2 doubles. This requested 2 rooms (traveling with another couple) requested 2 king rooms got one king and one doubles. VERY FRUSTRATING! If I wanted a double room I would request one. How hard is it? Would have been totally great had I got what I reserved months in advance!"

"The property is run down. Our room had a terrible smell of mildew. The bathroom was old and dingy. The furniture was old and needs replacing. This place is a dump. The tv remote was disgustingly grimy with a greasy substance so my husband wrapped a plastic bag around it to use it. I would not suggest staying here. The only reason we even stayed there that night was it was spring break and all hotels were full."

"The staff at check in was super friendly. The room was bigger than a typical room and the layout was quite functional with a table and chairs. The room seemed recently upgraded and the place is in a central location. I would recommend it. "

"The casino was excellent, but the check in at the hotel was bizarre. I had to repay, even though I had already paid for two rooms for two nights. They tried to get us to stay in one room together I have, however, received my refund for the extra payments "

"The Sheraton PGA is listed with rating of 10. It’s not even a 1. It’s rundown and old. It looks like an old time share. The appliances are very old. Sliding door tracks are dirty. The picture of the pool does represent reality. The lobby is being renovated and they are using run down office. They are pumping nasty air freshener through vents which is unhealthy. I recommend selecting another hotel. We left early after using Clorox and buying our own sheets. "
