"Rooms are very nice, plenty of charging points. Not much soundproofing though; I was woken up in the night by upstairs banging around. Bathroom is very small but has everything you need. Spacious room. Not much of a view. Downstairs is quirky and interesting - there's a pool table and comfy seating. Complimentary cocktail voucher on arrival and 24 hour bar "

"Stayed for one night. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Tea and coffee in the room. Shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. Gym room on 1st floor and water cooler on the floor too. Free parking. Would stay again. "

"Beautiful place in peaceful location. Nice view from our apartment overlooking the courtyard & mill pump, which we walked past on the way to the leisure centre & lake. Enjoyed a swim & sauna to top it off. Some areas could do with an update (& deep clean) but areas like the sauna had been updated (balconies on the todo list apparently, as we couldn't use). There's wasn't a restaurant or bar but a daily food van and Sun eve entertainment. But we were happy with our experience - Staff all very friendly and helpful. My mum loved her birthday getaway. Would return! "

"Room was beautiful very clean,staff couldn’t do enough and our dog was also welcomed by all the staff which is amazing especially in a 5 star hotel.The grounds and mansion are stunning .We can not recommend enough and for sure will be back in future "
