Had an enjoyable single night stay. Facilities were great. There is off road parking. Bedroom had en-suite and was clean and spacious. Cooked breakfast was excellent. Great value. Location is 25 minute walk from Taunton centre but 2 min drive from M5.

An excellent B&B
I stayed at the New Barn B&B for the first time in July and it was very good indeed. Good facilities – plenty in the tea and coffee making tray, comfortable bed, beautifully clean bathroom with all provisions. The bedroom and all ‘public’ rooms were well presented and very clean. Julie ( the host) is very friendly and most helpful and accommodating. To top it all there is the realy splendid ‘full English’ breakfast freshly cooked for you – unlike the big hotels. All in all, highly recommended.I stayed at the New Barn B&B for the first time in July and it was very good indeed. We had a spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed and an equally clean and spacious en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was excellent: a full English with tasty, good quality sausages, bacon and egg. Great value. We would happily use New Barn again.

Superb all round!
I had a very enjoyable stay at New Barn Cottage,a warm welcome,lovely clean spacious room with a lovely comfortable bed.Tea & coffee & nice & quiet too,i could park my car right outside which was great,the Breakfast was really delicious & lots of it as well.100% all round & i will always stay here on every trip to Taunton from now on,im so glad i found you,youre Amazing! Thank You.

A lovely stay
Don’t go anywhere else. If you are looking for a great nights sleep in a quiet location then book here. My second stay here and I love it. Julie is great and provides an amazing free breakfast.

Excellent welcome
I had a great stay here. The host is lovely, she was very welcoming and helpful. My room was large and immaculately clean with a large en-suite. It was very quiet and I slept soundly. Great free breakfast. I recommend this lovely bnb to everyone.

West country visit
I cannot fault our stay here. We had three peaceful nights and three fantastic breakfasts. Our hosts were very welcoming and and helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and attractive. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the bathroom was brilliant.

Mid-week stay
I arrived later than planned, but Julie was a great host and fine about this. The property is located away from the main road, so felt quite peaceful. The room was made up, clean and had everything I could have wanted or needed. The shower had a great pressure, which is exactly what I need in the morning. Breakfast was plentiful and I would totally recommend this venue.

There was nothing we did not like, wonderful hosts kind and very helpful, wonderful selection of teas, coffees in the bedroom. Great choice of breakfast foods. Very very clean. Large airy spacious room. We would stay again. Lovely big shower and lots of freezes. AMR

Great place to stay in Taunton
I had a nice stay at the Barn cottage. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Place is very clean and plenty of parking space. Highly recommended.

Hosts were welcoming and helpful with meal request ( I had had a recent operation on tongue and could not eat normally and they made sure to make me something I could swallow easily) most obliging and lovely quiet place to stay .
