Called Marriott & the AC hotel weeks ahead to request an ADA room. Both showed no notes in their system!!! Check in staff was not helpful or professional, when I arrived many hour prior to check in. They where so rude!!! They gave us a room with dirt sheets, have pictures, took them hours to correct that issue. My friend can not us the wash room or take a shower in our room. She must leave the 4th floor in a wheelchair, go to the 1st floor every time she needs to use tge washroom, this is not right!!! I requested 2
beds, they gave us a double bed, It hard to sleep with someone who has no control of their legs moving all the time! So I’m not getting any sleep cause I’m now laying on a hard hotel floor! Marriott Corp called the hotel, Daniel, to try & assist but the GM would not come to the phone, I was told by other staff that tge GM was in the property, or to the front desk to deal with my issue. I am not pleased with my treatment!!! Refund me!! Im writing the Marriott Corp, AC Hotel, the American disabilities Office in the curl treatment we have endured and the frustration That I’m laying in a hotel floor. What are you going to do about this???
