"I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Midori! I didn't catch everyone’s names, but a huge thank you to everyone—from the reception desk and the guards to the guys who helped with our bags, the restaurant crew, and even our airport transfer driver. ( airport service at 515 am ) The biggest shoutout goes to the front desk staff during our check-in. I was low-key stressed about traveling with my mom’s insulin, but they totally took care of us. Since our room didn't have a freezer, they let us use a cooler with ice and even stored her travel gel packs in their main freezer so they’d be ready for our flight. It was such a relief. If you’re traveling with seniors, Midori really goes above and beyond. Kudos to the whole team! If you want a quiet zone- just choose the room away from the bar as it is loud and it can be heard in the room. Also the hotel claims to be luxury, I think they need to upgrade their rooms to meet the standard of a luxury hotel. Otherwise, the service was superb👍👍👍 "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was modern, malinis, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The poolside area had very relaxing ambiance, a very quiet place perfect for unwinding after a long day. Nag-enjoy ang anak ko sa pool, which made our stay even more memorable. Mababait ang staff, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The hotel's location is also great, malapit sa grocery and mga kainan. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"While the hotel was clean and staff was very professional and very friendly, the entire hotel looked old compared to the newer hotel and casino that was built next to it. The breakfast buffet however was very sumptuous and the variety was great. Again staff was very professional and service was quick."
