We were running late to the property and the owner was so accommodating letting us check in late. The property itself is a real little gem, old style but so clean, neat and tidy. We had a family room and it was so spacious and also had a lovely corner spa. Overall a great little place and would highly recommend.

For a quick overnight stay, a place to rest our heads, it was good. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the river. The motel was a bit rundown and could use a bit of TLC. Fresh paint on the walls, new carpet, new cupboard doors etc. It felt dirty because of the worn out walls and floors but the beds and bathroom were well cleaned. There were a few loud disturbances from other guests or tenants during the evening, but despite that, it wasn’t bad for the purpose of giving us a bed for the night.

Place is convenient for a waypoint on a road trip, and you get what you get for a price that says you should have expectations accordingly for shopping at the bottom end of the price list. Neighbours exist, are colorful, sometimes loud, and all of the times right to be co-existing with the property. Service was good, room was solid, large for the price, clean and set up for the overnight stay you need halfway through a roadtrip.
