free snacks nice. loved it's a 13 minute walk away from Gloria Outlets ...a premium outlet mall. Cost me 350 NTD for taxi to Terminal 2 Taiyuon Airport.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The surrounding area was also very safe and nice, and very close to the airport so it's convenient. The room was clean except for the shower area. The floor of the shower area did not look and feel very clean because the grouts were brown and the floor was slightly slimy. Soundproofing of the room is quite bad because I could hear people from other rooms turning on their showers, opening/closing doors or moving around in their rooms so I wasn't able to sleep soundly. But I only stayed a night so it was bearable.

Modern boutique hotel
This was the very 1st stay arriving Taiwan and we were happy with the overall experience. The staff is very patient, informative and willing to help in many ways. Facing a park and next to many convenient stores, restaurants and neighborhood in walking distance, we feel safe, refreshed and welcome.

Like what many people said - very clean! The room we had was fairly small. Barely enough for two persons. Down pillows and down comforter - which we are allergic to. We asked for extra bedding to wrap them up and we were fine. People in the neighboring room were loud and sound insulation wasn’t that great. But we still had a good rest. Will consider staying again.

The hotel is quite close to the airport and is walking distance from the MTR station. The rooms are clean and spacious. Reception staff was great.

Stayed for one night to be closer to the airport for a morning flight and choosing Alfar Hotel was the best decision. The hotel is close to Gloria Outlets which is a short walk to Taoyuam HSR station. More importantly, the hotel staff are very helpful and the place is clean. Inquired about a room upgrade during check-in and once there was availability, the staff were quick to contact us and we upgraded at a small cost. The hotel has a common pantry/dining area for guests, with free coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks, which is really thoughtful. If you need a taxi to the airport, the front desk will help to arrange it. Travelling to Taoyuan Airport T2 cost NT320. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful spacious room and the view outside. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back!

This was perfect for a long layover. It’s a 10-13 minute walk to and from the train station at the airport. The area seemed quiet and safe. Next to a park. The room itself is very clean and modern.

Within walking distance to a major outlet center. Within 5 minutes walk to MRT to catch Taoyuan Airport. Free beer and cafe and snack bars. Cozy room, but nice and clean. Highly recommended. Would certainly stay there again if flying out of Taoyuan Airport.

距離Gloria Outlets 5分鐘路程，桃園捷運領航站7分鐘路程，乘機場捷運15分鐘到機場。方便離台前最後血拼的人士。 酒店對面已經是橫山書法藝術館 公園 湖。 酒店浴室，廁所，洗手台是獨立的。浴室內只有1個掛鉤（如你選擇掛毛巾，那你的新舊衣服只好放門口洗手台上或門口掛鉤）對於與朋友或家人出遊的人可能會尷尬。

步行約七分鐘可達華泰名品城或桃園青埔新光影城。房間寬闊整潔。捷運的話從領航站走過來較快。 旁邊有地盤工程，幸好於週末住宿時沒影響。

整體而言覺得很不錯
飯店的服務人員相當客氣，房間的燈也有多段式，甚至地板登，讓晚上也不用煩惱要留哪一盞燈。房間雖然不大，但有很多細緻、用心的地方。
