"Arrived here after a long day. The man at the front desk insisted on collecting fees that had already been paid. I told him he had already been paid but he would not let us check in and we were tired so I paid them. When we got up to the room it was filthy. The bathroom was completely filthy as was the bedding not to mention the hair in the bed where the sheets had obviously not been changed. The outside nor the inside looked anything like the photos. I tried to get with customer service but the...

"Hotel experience okay. No reception for the hotel, check in at the restaurant below the hotel. Hotel should provide clear direction mentioned where to check in. No wifi in room."
