"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice. "

"Not in a very convenient location, but besides that it's a great hotel, and the staff were very friendly! It also has a restaurant in the hotel so while there's not many restaurants nearby, at least you can order food at the hotel.
Also the room and hotel were just absolutely beautiful! Kintamani was amazing as well"

"The place is a beautiful setting and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fair, they were tons of flies. The biggest drawback is the lousy road full of potholes and only one lane leading up from the main road. Unfortunately my weather was not be best but imagine the view to be spectacular in good weather. Worth a visit."

"Breakfast and dinner are superb, every dish on the menu was amazing. Stunning views from the villa and main pool.
Service is outstanding, staff is very attentive and address guests by their names.
As others noted the rooms look a bit old and requires renovation. For example, the aircon in the villa is very loud.
We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. "

Literally anything I went and bought a bunch of fruits from the market and they took it and chilled it and gave it to me cut and ready without me even asking if they can, they went out of their way to do that. So yes this place is amazing especially the staff"
