"Not in a very convenient location, but besides that it's a great hotel, and the staff were very friendly! It also has a restaurant in the hotel so while there's not many restaurants nearby, at least you can order food at the hotel. Also the room and hotel were just absolutely beautiful! Kintamani was amazing as well"

"The place is a beautiful setting and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fair, they were tons of flies. The biggest drawback is the lousy road full of potholes and only one lane leading up from the main road. Unfortunately my weather was not be best but imagine the view to be spectacular in good weather. Worth a visit."

"out of the way and difficult to get to maybe need an atv not a car?? We ended up not starting as out of the way, lots of flies and roads near impassable or good change you will have damage to your car."

"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice. "

"First manager claimed i only booked two rooms. After showing reservation for 3, manager calmed down. Though better i would book 2 rooms, since the third room had terrible sewage smell (other rooms ha dit too, but not to the extend of the first room, that was closest to the gate). Pool had yellow water (we arrived at 9pm, and did not see the color of the water, which i regret letting my two kids go into that pool for a minute. After a minute kids left the pool claiming the floor was slimy). All...
