"The Dorsett provided us with a very enjoyable stay. On check in we were told we’d been upgraded so we were eagerly awaiting a nicer room than booked. Having looked at what I paid for I think the ‘upgrade’ was due to being on a floor where a water bottle station was situated (rather than having to trek up and down floors to refill our water bottle). This actually turned out to be very useful as the lifts could at times be extremely busy! Room size was fine. Carpet a little grubby. In room tea and coffee facility came in handy. Breakfast was surprisingly quite good because we were only expecting a continental choice but there were bowls of steamed rice, congee and dim sum too. The breakfast staff and chef were always very friendly. Moving around, the complimentary shuttle helped us save a bit of time and effort in the HK heat. Plenty of local shops and eateries nearby. The hotel gave us an extra 2 hours for checkout so we had till 1pm. They also kindly allowed us to use the first floor lounge until we were ready to head to the airport for our flight. "Always love staying at the Courtyard. It’s in a great location for me to visit family that are on that side of Hong Kong and throughout the years the area has developed with more eateries to choose from. It’s a great location for transport, easy access to get the MTR and buses so you can easily get to the airport from here. Staff are always helpful and they are attentive to your needs "

"Maintenance staff were not well trained !!! Got problem with TV n staff was not able to resolve the problem n gave silly reasons for unable to do it. Problem sorted out only when asked manager to look into the problem !!!!!!! Have been staying in Eaton for years n never encounter this before "

"Check In is dated my room wasn't ready at 3pm and told to wait. Rooms are very clean very close to Disneyland and hk airport.there is a good free bus shuttle going to airport and train stations every 30 mins great service"

"We travelled with 2 coeliacs (gluten allergy) and options were very limited for them at all restaurants / cafe. The resort was otherwise as pictured, and offered everything it said it would. The shower was older in style, but good temp and pressure. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "
