"I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy! First of all the pictures are deceiving! I love how they don’t show there’s a whole cemetery in the parking lot! The stuff was rude and walking barefoot also the rooms smelled like cigarettes and the sheets were stained, we also were hearing knocking noises at our door but there was no one there! Super sketchy "

"FALSE ADVERTISING AND DIRTY HOTEL. So, first off, they could not find our original reservation. The room that was booked was apparently no longer available. We booked that room for a reason, so not having that room was an additional expense for us. There was a cash-only deposit, but in order to get it back, they had to look at the room prior. Only one person was doing this, and she was so slow and taking forever. We had to forfeit our deposit because we had someplace to be and had already waited...

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely poor. The front desk was often unattended, and when we needed assistance, we had to repeatedly call with no answer. At one point, we actually had to raise our voices just to get someone to come to the desk, which is completely unacceptable. We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room we were given smelled strongly of smoke. On top of that, there was a noticeable odor of...

"The staff was nice. However, the hallways smelled like a mix of weed and mothballs. The sheets on the beds had stains. The bathroom towels had black stains on them, and the overall bathroom felt dirty. For the price, I might stay again. However, the pictures looked nicer than the room quality we received."

"I didn't check out the breakfast as I was told it was just breakfast bars and such. Parking was ok. Signs were posted everywhere to put your belongings out of sight and that the hotel was not responsible for theft. Not reassuring. The room was smelly, as an unused stuffy smell. I openned the windows and went out for a few hours. When I came back it smelled better. The refrigerator reeked upon opening, so quickly closed it again. Else, all was good. For the price, it wasn't bad. "

"Rooms were not clean, had visible water damage, bathroom had visible mold in bath tub and around the bathtub, floor was not even, even the nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke, front lobby and elevators smelt horrible. They were right next to a bar, which whad some questionable characters hanging around outside. They were doing work on the outside of the hotel, right in front of our room, at 8pm at night."

"What a great hotel! The room is modern and perfect for a short little stay. Only complaint was the time to get our car from valet. Took almost 30 minutes. I’d recommend they staff extra valet workers during peak checkout times to improve this. "

"There was no hot tub, wall outlets didnt work. Bathroom smelled terrible. Plumbing in sink backed up. No breakfast or even coffee. Key sporadically would quit working. "
