"Beautiful property. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms and pool were clean and well maintained. The lazy pool was the best! The entertainment was top notch. The spa is worldclass. Seeing wildlife around the property was a plesant surprise. A shout out to the conceirge team and the ladies on the omlette making team - Always checking in and taking the best care of us! The variety of the food and restaurants was unbelievable. Great tasting too. Grand Sirens made our holiday an unforgetable one. Highly recommend this hotel and will sure to return. Thank you!"

"The room was spotless. Amenities are awesome. Food was endless. The pool is humongous, clean, and impressive. A bit of a walk from the lobby to the room. There are only two buses to ride guests to the other Barcelo hotels in the complex. Perhaps one more would help. Entertainment needs more work, more entertaining. The only show we really liked was the Michael Jackson show, which we had previously seen at the Riu Palace."

"Staff are very friendly and attentive, the mini bar was always well stocked, and the housekeeping went above and beyond to make our room tidy and clean everyday! The Spa was a definite highlight! Some of the best treatments I've ever had, I highly reccomended the Mayan Massage Experience! This was our first all inclusive experience, and I dont think it will be our last!"
