"The stay was great because of the warm staff who always greeted us with respect. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing I need to complain about is the way the light switch were made is bad and worse. I just need to turn on or off one of the lights at the bedside, but the light in the bathroom shut off too while my mother is taking a shower. This is not safe. And I cant figure out how to turn it back on. It should have been done simple on and off. I had to call the desk for help. Also, the bright light above the head board is so annoying thar I cant turn is off separately. I also noticed that my pillow doesn't smell like freshly washed. It smell like old sweat. The TV often loss signal and takes time to get it back. Hotel is at the perfect location close to airport and mall."

"Aside from the toilet slow flush, as it needs maintenance and/or adjustments, our stay was great. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and room was clean. I would consider staying again at Belmont Hotel for its proximity to the airport."
