Everything was good only to let you know that the onsen in the another hotel that before you could use, now you won’t be able to use it starting in December and also the breakfast and any service from the another hotel you won’t be able to use it, that is a shame because it is a beautiful onsen and a buffet breakfast
It was a nice service like that
We had a very good night Sansuikan Kawayu Matsuya. They share hot springs and the restaurant with a nearby hotel. Hot springs are the absolute standout: fantastic! Food is good and plentiful. Our room had a brilliant view. All the rest is okay, although the exterior of the building is not nice.
Given these are hostel prices the room I had was marvellous. A rural location but the bus stops were outside. I had a car which made the visit easier for me as I had the freedom to get around as I chose. Beautiful area, a great hostel with gorgeous scenery.
The onset was lovely and clean, and the only thing that made it feel hostel like was that the interior decor was probably tired, however, coming from the UK, that is par for the course in this country and the hostel was more than tolerable for the price and facilities.
The room was very dusty and dirty. It was very tiny! It was very difficult to get the heater to work.
I’ve stayed at the sister hotel Midoriya, and I’d highly recommend going there instead! The amenities, rooms, and customer service are much better!
This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The whole hotel is in terrible condition with stains throughout. The onsen on the sister hotel was mouldy and dirty. The food for dinner and breakfast disgusting. We were due to stay for two nights, but left after one.
