設備が老朽化して、温泉でも室内のお風呂でも温かいお湯が出ないので、髪の毛を洗うことができませんでした。立替を検討された方がよいと思います。 エレベーターの前に殺虫剤がたくさん備置されているのも気になりました。

トイレの床を歩くとギシギシ…写真と比べると部屋の雰囲気がちがう…エレベーターホールに殺虫剤がたくさん置いてあり『ご自由にどうぞ』という感じでした。もしかしたらと思い部屋に持ち込むと案の定Gが出てきて…大浴場の脱衣所の荷物置き場には鍵がなく、貴重品ボックスは扉に窓があり、中が丸見えの上窓から中の物にも手が届きそう…5階にある大浴場の浴槽のふちを10センチほどのカニが歩き…部屋の露天風呂も清潔感がなくとても使えない…もちろんプールも　とても入りたいとは思えない

快適な宿

オレンジ色の建物は目立ち、入りくんだ場所にありますが遠目から発見できます 建物はよき昭和の作りで古さはありますが、館内は清掃が行き届いている。清潔感はあります。 アメニティは過不足なし、快適に過ごせる 温泉は掛け流しで泉質がよかった 料金はビジネスホテル+αで、料金以上の満足度です

惜しい！ほぼ満足。

施設の老朽化はあるが、清掃はキチンとされている。露天風呂の排水溝だけはもう少し綺麗にした方が良い。 水のペットボトル2本が無料は嬉しい。 朝食もバイキングではないが、大変美味しく満足。温泉のお湯も最高だか、男女の入替がなかったのが残念。

快適を提供する中堅規模のホテルで満足。

ロケーション的には、少し不便さもあるが、レンタカーがあれば、アドベンチャーワールドにも、外食にも全く問題なし。 朝食も美味しく、連泊だったので、翌朝の朝食は内容も変えて提供されるなど、心遣いの配慮が良かった。 客室の清掃も行き届いて、快適に過ごせた。 各スタッフも概ね、サービスには充分な気配りが出来ていた。

入り口の扉，ドアの建て付けが気になった。 お風呂のお湯は良かった。掛け流しの湯がたっぷり流れていて気持ちがいい。 夜20時過ぎに入ったので、もう少し早めに入りたかったなと思った。 アップグレードのお部屋はとても過ごしやすかったです。

全体的に満足です

受付の方の対応もよく、お料理もおいしく、室内も清潔で満足です。 部屋についている壺の露天風呂は、自分でお湯を入れるタイプで温泉ではないようです。 誕生日の旅行だと電話でお伝えしたので、なにか少し言葉だったりあったら嬉しかったのですが、何もなかったのでそこは少し残念でした。

疲れた体を癒せました

今回は、熊野古道巡礼が目的で、巡礼2日目を終えて宿泊しました。スタッフの対応は、感じが良かったです。食事なしの素泊まりでした。温泉の大浴場が5階にあり、眺めも良く、温度も程よく、新型コロナウィルスのせいか空いていて・・とても気持ちよかったです。巡礼の疲れが取れました。1泊でしたが、2度入りました。室内に、本格的なマッサージ機が設置されていて、使いました。最高に気持ちよかったです。

便利な位置にあり、部屋も広く良かったです。 料金もリーズナブルでしたしまた宿泊したいです。 沢山買い物した荷物をフロントで預かっていただき親切な対応もして下さいました。

お世話になりました

温泉も部屋も清潔で広く、自分は結構満足でしたが、夜中にどこか電気系統が故障したらしく、暖房とウォシュレットが使えなくなり、ダンナは寒くて困ったらしいです。突発的なトラブルらしく、しょうがないとは思いますが。。。一点、朝食バイキングを楽しみにしていたら定食スタイルでした。味はよかったのですが、事前に分かるようになっているとよいと思います。朝のコーヒーサービスや水素水はもっと宣伝してもよいかも。

Needs many updates. Bed was like a cardboard box. Outdoor tub was dirty, and situated precariously beneath an air condensor. No views from room. Elevators can barely hold 2 people with small bags.

露天風呂の温度が低い

ゴールデンウイーク中に10人の家族旅行で利用しました。和洋室2室が確保でき楽しい旅行となりました。ただ、部屋付きの露天風呂は使用できず、また大浴場の露天風呂は湯の温度が低すぎました。子供はプール替わりにして遊んでいましたが、大人は天候の影響（雨模様雨）もありあしたが、快適とは言えませんでした。内風呂は程よい温度だっただけに残念です。

酒店离白滨驿不远，打车方便。酒店附近有个较大的药妆店，购物方便，酒店内有露天风吕，日式晚餐和早餐很丰盛，非常棒！

酒店設施不多，步行至最近的便利店亦要10 分鐘左右。早晚浸溫泉都可以差不多包塲。一泊兩食還可以。工作人員友善。
