Family unit was very clean and modern. It was smaller than anticipated. The hallway between the bedrooms also housed a desk, 2 chairs, a kitchenette and a fridge all on the way to the bathroom. Was a bit tight with 2 teenagers. (Fits 5 people). The restaurant was just ok. One meal was definitely heated in the microwave.

The bed was OK. The bathroom was not clean and had a lot of mould. The toilet seat is very low for senior people. The replacement of towels etc is really not acceptable as we stayed 4 nights and no cleaning or replacement was done. Apparently the motel will make up the room on request however we feel that is unacceptable. The restaurant is fine.

Nice stay at the Stockmans!

Stayed here one night on a trip back to Sydney. Loved the quiet property and the location. We had a great meal at the on site restaurant and sat on the patio the next morning watching and listening to the various birds. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

We have stayed here as a family before and liked the size of the rooms, and the onsite restaurant, so decided to book here again on a family trip. We booked seven rooms in total, but didn't realise that the motel had expanded and were surprised when some of our rooms were located on different properties along the road, one of which had to drive back and forth at night. If we'd have known we would have called the hotel and booked the rooms all at the same time, and requested we be located together, or booked on of their separate houses for our group. We booked dinner at the restaurant which was a bit hit and miss - some meals were lovely and some lacked flavour. The staff however were lovely. I booked a King Bed room, but was given a Queen bed with a seperate single bed in a new room which was more like a demountable cabin, which was fine, but just very different to the room we thought we were getting after our last stay. I would stay here again, but will call next time to make sure we get the rooms we want.

Excellent place to stay and our accommodation was very good and it was lovely to be able park right outside our door. The onsite restaurant Carman's was fabulous and We would highly recommend this place for a lovely meal. We really enjoyed our stay here in Tamworth. The gelati was delicious

Very welcoming and staff were very helpful on helping me find the room. Sending the code for the door along with instructions was very helpful but that part of the motel needs better and more visible signage. The floors were clean but some of the bed linen was not. The crockery was adequate for 2 people but some of the cutlery was missing and a cutting board and kitchen knife would have come in handy.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Super easy check in .Maybe pushed our luck trying to get in early as there was hair in the bathroom and bathroom dispensers were empty. It was alot smaller then appeared in pictures but we didn't mind as the bed was comfy and we were happy enough with neat and simple. Only in town for a night, we enjoyed our stay.
