The bad is down to the room that you are allocated; having stayed a couple of times, some rooms are more pleasant than others in terms of décor, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance. "We didn't use this stay. We realised we had inadvertently booked the wrong night. Upon trying to swap the night we were told no. No swap no refund no nothing. It was super hard to get through to the property, phone just rings constantly. We had to go via a third party who did try for us but to no avail. Our fault but no assistance from the property"
