"The property was nice, easy parking, very nice helpful staff, convenience store is essential. The carpet needs cleaning. The elevator and waiting are need AC urgently. This was awful; no AC in elevators."

"Arrived at 5pm , the room was not ready. I was told vip guests stayed the previous night and the rooms are not ready. Furthermore, when I asked to check my bag while waiting the staff ignored me and told me to wait in line. I would not return or recommend."

"Claudia at the front desk always helpful & Shelby at the poolside restaurant was nice. Just wish the ocean view area where you can relax had a sprinkler for you to cool off. Overall wonderful experience"

Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore
"Checked in July 2nd.... arrived in room...1st the toilet seat was hanging on by a thread...and toilet tissue holder was not secure to wall. The toilet seat was so loose that if housekeeping had cleaned toilet they would have noticed it and should have reported. It was discovered during my personal ..."
