The wifi never worked. The hotel was clean but definitely needs a good remodel for the price paid. Our room had a very small TV, and there isnt a microwave in rooms FYI. The location was convenient and felt safe for my family when we were visiting with good restaraunt choices nearby.

Sailport Waterfront Suites
Pool was always accessed by the same people (mostly elderly) so never got to use it. No seats or space. Rooms only cleaned every 3 days, we stayed 5 so never saw it. Close to lots of restaurants so rent a car:

Staff was amazing and very helpful everytime i visited the desk in our short stay. Rooms were clean and stocked with everything we needed. The larger refrigerator was a plus!
