The receptionist at check in was helpful & professional. My room was clean & comfortable. The parking lot was spacious.

The air conditioner wouldn't cool room down. I spoke to soneone and they said you had to turn it all the way down to 60. I did and it still was unconfortable. The fridge was all frosted over. Carpets were dirty. The staff was friendly. I'm surprised at the condition of this hotel. I hooe this wasn't conducive of how far this hotel chain has falken in 2 years. We've stayed with Laquinta several times with great , clean rooms. No more!

The room itself wasn't too bad. Oldish looking but comfortable. What was dirty, was the hallways, elevator, and overall common areas were dirty and stink. There was someone in thehotel smoking weed in the elevator and thier room which made everywhere smell. Several nights, I was woken up byt the stinch of it. I did mention it to the counter when I checked into my room but not sure what they did from there because the smell continued throughout my stay. Property outside needs a major cleaning.
