Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I have passed on this information to our housekeeping crew, it’s not common practice to have minimal toiletries provided so I apologise. Inadvertently the gas sometimes runs out mid-stay and it’s unfortunate. We keep a full second bottle and it’s a simple task to reach around to switch it over to the new bottle. I’m sorry you struggled with this process - if you’d have reached out to us, we could have assisted. Thanks again for your honest review, your feedback is greatly appreciated. Take care

Thank you for taking to time to write such a beautiful and detailed review of your stay. As your host, all I can say is a huge “thank you” for your “seeing the humour” in such an awkward situation the other morning - the door lock mechanism is a terrible thing, and did used to carry a warning since one of my earlier guests (about 5 years ago) found themselves outside naked having a smoke and were luckily able to shimmy through a window (which has now received a security screen), but over time and with many cleans this has faded and eventually been removed. However, I will ensure that each guest in future knows to keep the keys handy when venturing outside.😊 All the best, and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.
