"This is a very lovely ecuadorian style hotel, with very friendly staff. It has marvelous decorations all over, the beds are comfortable, the showers are hot. It does not have elevators, but the staff happily carried our bags to the third floor, where our room overlooked a plaza. The breakfast was made to order with a marvelous bowl of fresh fruit. It is right in the heart of the old city and was quite safe to walk at night. It was so nice to stay in a hotel that was different from the cookie...

"Gorgeous hotel, central to the Historic area. There is not a lot of sound proofing so bring ear plugs, but otherwise very very impressed"

"The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was served with fresh fruit and juice as well other options were available. The property and rooms were immaculate, any request was attended to immediately. We extended our stay as we were so pleased. They take customer service to the next level, great job 🙌"
