"My husband and I stayed at this resort for a week. We were celebrating our birthdays. We had a wonderful time. The staff decorated the room and prepared a candlelight dinner by the pool on my birthday. The villa was very clean with a lovely layout and a private pool. We had the floating breakfast and it was awesome. Also had the couples massage and the masseuse were incredible. We both want to say thanks to Erick, Dewa, Rika, Wayan and the rest of the staff (forgive me if I forgot the names but you know who you are) who went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. You all always made us feel at home. We love you all. Special thanks to the chefs who prepared all the lovely meals especially the Nasi Goreng and Anusara soup which were my favorite. Please give our regards to the driver, Wayan who did the airport run (pickup and drop off) and took us to all the sightseeing events. We both had a wonderful time at the villa and the staff made our stay super comfortable. Thanks again to each and everyone of the staff. Geeta & Peter - Florida/USA."

"The room has the perfect view of the animals, and you get to feed them with the food provided by the hotel. Imagine swimming next to Rhinos! The safari itself was a jewel, did not have enough time to explore the whole resort but I was able to see the elephant and tiger show, and I also did the night feeding, definitely a tremendous experience. "

"Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

"Gear up, this is a long one. Main points: -THERE IS NO BEACH!! ITS A ROCKY SHORE THAT NOONE CAN ACCSESS. - THE POOL WAS UNAVAILABLE TILL CHECKOUT OF MORNING - SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT IS MORE THAN A BOLT EVEN THOUGH WE WERE INFORMED IT WASNT BY STAFF, PRIOR TO ACCEPTING A TRANSFER. My friend and I were looking for a place to stay, quieter, not as touristy, with a beach/ pool view/acsess. We settled on Wyndham. Upon first walking and lobby area, the place was a dream, that was until the morning after we discovered how bad the property was. (We arrived at night). In the morning we could see just how bad the room was: dirt and grime build up around the outdoor pool area. (We didn’t know our room came with a small glass cube “pool” access that overlooked the main pool below, as we had booked a beach/ ocean view room. The room was nice, slightly dusty, but we were willing to overlook that. In our last day, a piece of the doorframe broke off as we were opening the door. Overall there weren’t many guests. It was quiet, and the only noise came from the chicken fight a building over. There had just been a storm which is why the pool or nearby elevator was not in service (we discovered a working elevator on our own on the last day as well, do u see the pattern here???) so the property has 2 elevators. The kiddie pool was in service the duration of our stay. Every morning I saw maintenance trying to fix the pool so on that note, the workers and staff were doing the best they can, they "

"This is a very quiet, under-the-radar resort located in a peaceful part of Bali. It’s definitely not the place if you’re looking for noise or a lively atmosphere, but if you want genuine relaxation and tranquility, this is a great choice. Special thanks to Chris and his team who made an extra effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The resort has a huge swimming pool which was a highlight for us. There is a restaurant on-site, though dining options within the hotel are limited. That said, there are a few good local restaurants nearby so you still have some nice choices. One downside is that parts of the property feel a little dated but considering the age of the hotel, it’s not too bad. It would also be nice to see more activities especially for kids to make it more family-friendly."
