"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. "Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. "This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. "Incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff were lovely and helpful. Amazing central location and we had a fantastic scenic view of the Petronas towers! The room was spacious. The pool area was also lovely with an amazing view and the gym had a variety of equipment with the sauna, steam room, cold plunge and hot tub! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting KL! "
