"Resort is beautiful but once I checked in I noticed door was coming of the hinge (note I do have a toddler and baby) it got fixed following day other issue was light in bathroom kept flickering told them about it but they didnt switch out a simple 1 or 2 light bulbs. I kept the do not disturb sign for 2 days after that it was off never got trash picked up had to dump out my own trash ok no biggy but the biggest issue was water park was closed thats the whole reason why we booked what a bummer....

"The house was beautiful. Everything was stocked fully for our needs. Everything was in working order . Everything was extremely comfortable. The hot tub was great . We had to stay an extra night due to weather and they had no problem at all extending us by a day . Thank you so much and we hope to be able to stay with you again . "

"Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). The oven, when on at all, continues...

"The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."
