Kudos to Front Desk staff person Dee. Dee was exceptional in reaching out to extend warm greetings and hospitality. The overall ambience was excellent. Parking was adequate. The breakfast was mediocre. Ordered a Belgian Waffle. Instead of the Belgian Waffle I got a 'Thick and Fluffy' Eggo Waffle. Ordered turkey sausages. Instead got day old cold pork sausages.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and offered plenty of space to relax after a long day on the road. It had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The only downside was the AC—it was a bit loud and made it hard to sleep at times. Still, overall it was a good spot and I’d definitely consider staying again on another road trip.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming during check-in, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was never cleaned or refreshed during my entire stay—even after I specifically requested it. When I asked again while on my floor, I was assured it would be taken care of, but it never was. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and expected better. Sadly, this time there were no efforts made to make up for the mishap, which was disappointing.

They were very accommodating! Staff was excellent! We missed our connecting flight & weren’t able to check in until after 1am & we were greeted by a very sweet friendly man who was SO kind. In the morning we had to hurry to graduation & the cook at the restaurant happily fed us quickly & the food was great!

I specifically chose this hotel for its hot tub at a long day when I try to use it the knob was missing couldn't enjoy the hot tub. But honestly the bed was so comfortable I was all right with the inconvenience will probably be back in September. Dee was very Helpful.

Stay overnight to run in Tallahassee Half marathon Sunday. Comfortable, quiet, great service. Sunday morning after race, were allowed late checkout to shower and change before driving back home. Thank you

The best thing about this property was the guest-service staff member, who was incredibly friendly, and the beautiful lobby. We stayed in a king executive suite with a kitchenette—but there was no table, leaving a large empty space. The couch appeared covered in pet hair, the pull-out mattress needs replacing, and the sitting area had no television. The bedroom was acceptable, but the shower took about thirty minutes to warm up, and overall the suite could have been much cleaner.

The hotel was clean. Our room was spacious. I liked that it had a microwave & fridge in our room. The staff was very friendly and had good customer service. It's near restaurants & shops. My only suggestion is put towel rods in the bathroom to hang up towels & wash cloths.

Run down but comfotable

The room was clean and comfortable, the most important part of any stay. The property looked run down, though, and was being refurbished. They have a kitchen serving breakfast at a reasonable rate, though a complementary option considering the state of the place would have been nice.

We had a very nice stay and the staff was super friendly and polite and helpful. The facility looked a little older and maybe the carpet in the room could have been cleaned but the room itself, bathroom and bed were all clean. Three elevator tended to be slow.

The staff was wonderful! They helped with everything that we had a problem with. I didn't realize the hotel is under renovation. No amount of running water could make it even warm in the bathroom. The room itself was very nice otherwise, the coffee pot didn't work, ice machine in hall broke, elevator broke. I would stay again when renovation done. Place will be nice and staff is great!

Very unfortunate

Place is under renovation. It was a mess. Lobby area dirty. Carpet in the first room we had was disgusting. Room smelled. Smoke signal detector was taped up. Comforter was dirty. No tissue paper. Staff had to raid a box from another room. None in stock. We switched rooms which was better and manageable but in no way up to par with other Garden inns. I must say though front desk staff was excellent. Was very accommodating and friendly.
