"Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. "

"Very good. Conveniently located next to several good restaurants and the very fun bar Sai. We had been disappointed to hear that the main pool would be closed for repairs during our stay but the staff dealt with it very well. Access to the pool villa and staying in the room with a plunge pool of its own ensured we did not miss out at all.
