The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with quick and efficient check-in and check-out. English-speaking staff were available, making communication easy. My only feedback is that the number of laundry machines was insufficient to meet demand, especially in the evenings when many guests were doing their laundry, resulting in long waiting times."
