I guess it's time for an upgrade, the rooms and amenities are really dated. But having said that, it's close to the train station and that's a bonus in my opinion.

I had been to Tainan for several times & stayed at various hotels, but by far my experience was very disappointing with this hotel. There are some shortfalls like 1, Cleanliness. The walls & carpet inside the room were stained. There was an odd odor. 2. Clock was not adjusted to local time. 3. Bathroom scale not working at all. I just wondered why they had bothered to leave it there in the first place. 4. During my first night of stay. Someone kept knocking at my door at around 8pm . I thought the hotel staff could have just ring the bell or make a call to my room instead. 5, Hotel staffs were not very proactive. 6. Breakfast was just average. The coffee wasn't even hot.

A good place to rest and relax. The place is near many shopping area and transport in Tainan is easy.

great location, great personality
this is a fabulous hotel. it has its own strong character, not a cookie-cutter hotel. it is fantastic and surreal. like being in a murakami novel. i surely hope they will not redecorate it. i loved it! my room was very spacious and comfortable. the breakfast buffet abundant with choices and with good food. the location is perfect for who wishes to explore tainan on foot. i would definitely go back here if i am back in tainan.

Good location if you can get a cheap rate
Walking distance to Tainan train station and local food places. Hotel itself is old and it shows. Little damp smell and no option to de-humidify room (Only AC on/off). Weak shower/water pressure. Breakfast is excellent but can get crowded on weekends. Would only recommend if you can book it cheaply (around $50 US per night). Anything higher than that not worth it.

Good Location, clean but its an old hotel.
This is actually a very nice clean hotel but everything in the hotel is old but well maintained. the room size is pretty good and clean. Location wise is good, its only about 8 minutes slow walk to the main train station.

Average but Clean & Spacious
The room was above-average in size, clean, and comfortably appointed. The bathroom had the standard liquid soaps and lotions in mass dispensers and actual toilet paper ROLLS. Some of the furnishings in the room and the hotel in general are outdated but work just fine and, I think, add some character. One of the best features for us on this trip was the full-size roll-away bed - you can't get those most places and if you do the room is too small to fit it in comfortably. I've bookmarked this hotel and would probably stay here again if I return to Tainan.

Good location but moldy smell in hallways.
We stayed at Premier Hotel because of its proximity to the Tainan Railroad Station and the city park, where our 7 and 2 year olds could play. The staff was nice and efficient, but the hallways of the 7th floor reeked of mildew and mold once you stepped out of the elevator. Luckily our room didn't smell this way. It's definitely an older hotel and could really use some updating. A bonus was the massage chairs inside the new workout room.

Good location
The booking was very easy to organize. The location was very convenient and the shop and food shop are open even at midnight. The hotel however is old and we did not have any view at all. The room however was very spacious for 5 people and the other amenities like microwave, washing machines and bicycles were available to explore the park nearby.

First time stay
The hotel smelled musky and old. Not enough sockets to charge our electrical applicance. Aircon is not cold enough, this a fan is provided for each room. Saving grace is that the rooms are very big and a spacious and there is a seven eleven nearby.

だいぶ古いホテルなので部屋に入った時に少しカビくさいような感じや設備の古さはあるが、スタンダードでもそこそこの広さはある。セキュリティボックスもある。ベッドが少し小さい気がするので長身の人だと足が出るかも。フロントには日本語を話せるスタッフがいた。朝食はシンプルだけどご飯もパンもあって充分。コーヒーはちゃんと美味しい。

台鉄台南駅から徒歩で10分弱で着くロケーション、日本語堪能なスタッフ、周辺に飲食店が多い点が良い。古さは否めないが、使い心地や寝心地は良かった。Wifi速度も良い。自転車貸し出し、マッサージ機がある。朝食はブッフェ形式で悪くない内容。今後も価格を考慮しつつまた宿泊したい。

スタッフはとても丁寧
建物の古さはどうしようもないですが、スタッフの丁寧さや親切さは十分です。日本語も話せる方が複数人おられるので助かります。シフト付き自転車が無料（デポジット1000元）で借りられ、メンテナンスもしっかりしてありました。移動にとても便利です。 浴室の水圧も温度も十分でした。

平價的老式飯店
很有人情味的老式飯店，雖然硬體設備比較舊但用心經營，服務人員都很客氣親切也願意協助各種問題，雙床房算是寬敞，房間跟浴室之間還有擺設衣櫃的空間，還有停車場大加分！

施設自体は建物も部屋もかなり年季が入っている。廊下にシーツなどが置いてあったりするが、フロントのスタッフの語学力が素晴らしく、対応も大変良いのでその点でカバーしている感がある。マッサージチェア付きジムやレンタル自転車等のサービスがある。ウォシュレットは無い。Wifiやシャワーは問題無い。値ごろ感があれば再度泊まりたい。

台南駅からも近く、市場もすぐそばにあってとても便利です。 駐車場も広くて使いやすいし無料でした。 レンタサイクルもあるのも嬉しいです。 日本語が出来るスタッフも居るし、ジムもあります。 とにかく便利で良かったです。

每次都來住宿這間老飯店，或許是真的太老了，下次應該不會再來了，飯店服務人員很好，但可租借的腳踏車只有三台，真的太少，房間內不知是濕氣太重還是塵蟎太多，一進房間我和我兒子就瘋狂鼻子過敏，這點很不行，然後早餐的內容真的很平淡無奇，比另一間低價的飯店早餐還少樣。

服務態度還不錯，早餐也很豐盛，唯一美中不足就是客房樓層一出來有霉味，房內電視遙控器居然看的到灰塵，這是有點小小扣分的地方，其餘都還算可以。
