Convenient location with Friendly and helpful staf
Location of the hotel is nice and easy to find. There are a lots of shops and restaurants nearby with walkable distances. Moreover, The staff is extremely helpful in arranging room in advance and willing to assist our stay. In addition, they concerned if everything ok during our stay and even after check out. The owner actively informed me I have left my glasses in the room, and even sending it back to Hong Kong for me and refuse to charge me for the postal fee. I would highly recommend this place to my frd.

下次不會再去了
一開始一直聯絡不上，轉接語音信箱，打了客服才找到人，接起來口氣又很差！既然需要提前24小時內打電話連絡，就不應該當天還可以讓其他住客下訂單，這樣一點也不合理，煙味又很重，根本就是日租套房。

環境非常差，牆壁大部份壁癌、棉被都有黃點、3大2小毛巾僅2條、…..，其他的缺點多到說不完，相當不愉快的一次旅遊經驗，很糟！

絕不會再入住！！！
訂A點，卻得知A點沒房，要求我們去B點住宿 環境髒亂，地上一堆沒清理的毛髮，房內煙味很重、床單跟枕頭都是霉味和超濃汗臭味，跟服務台要求換一間也很強硬的態度說無法也無法退款，寒流來襲，要求能否多一件棉被，也遲遲沒有送到

由於有急事，晚上要到台中。當我付了錢後，竟然傳來一個信息，通知我酒店的地址，這地址和我網上看到的地址不同。當我到達後，看到是一個個的套房。由於當天天氣非常冷，房內的被子十分薄，而又沒有暖氣。我們三人，租了二個單位，三人都要穿上羽絨睡覺，仍然感到非常寒冷，最後挨到天亮，一整夜冷凍到不能入睡。對這次入住，非常不滿意。忘記拍下薄被子的相片。

很糟
這次的住宿非常糟 民宿傳給我的地址與刊登地址不符 實際也跟照片完全不一樣 價格很便宜，但房間超級小 床跟木板一樣硬 枕頭太軟不知道在睡什麼 一樓大門密碼鎖很不明顯 打電話問老闆一副不耐煩的回應 隔音也很差 隔壁掉零錢開門我都以為在自己房間 電視使用電視盒 只有聲音沒有影響 永遠在載入中 請平台多加把關是否有刊登A 出租B 的情況 民宿給我地址為烈美街126號 我只有影片沒有照片

坐計程車到了，卻告訴我超賣了，晚上十點多我又匆忙找別家有房可以住宿的。唉～還好勉勉強強找到一家民宿，貴又不優。不過至少免於流落街頭⋯⋯

不錯
這次住標準雙人房，距離逢甲夜市很近，採取自助入住，雖然浴室有點小，但整體空間很舒適，車聲有點大，如果在意隔音的旅客需要慎選。但到晚上車聲會小很多，所以我自己是感覺滿好入眠的。CP值很高的一次旅宿體驗～房東客服很好很即時，有效的協助處理問題。

誇張
這是日租套房，清潔度普通，廁所沒有乾濕分離，停車要自己停在附近付費停車場。最瞎的是早於一週前預定兩晚結果當天打電話竟然說沒房間了，好險附近有他的同業還能cover 一個房間。唯一好處是便宜

應該可以更好！
前房客把key帶走……雖然民宿主人有幫忙處理，但是也在路邊等了好一陣子.電燈懷了……如果以為可以仔細檢查完再交給下個房客;應該可以提高住宿品質！加油

如果由google 直接路線規劃會走到錯誤的方向，雖然不知為何。入住時程序有一點小麻煩，可在一開始說明時引導的更清楚，免得走反覆打電話詢問。地點離逢甲夜市很近，蠻方便的。

靠近逢甲逛街方便.但硬體設備尚需加強
這間民宿交通位子算方便.但這價位其實也就是住一晚, 因為我們訂二間房.其中一間熱水忽冷忽熱.冷氣到半夜時會有躁音出現.比較淺眠的可能會比較好好睡 那另一間房灰塵比較多一點點 但離逢甲很近.其實如果不要太用酒店規格挑剔的話.這價位我還是能接受的

感謝您的評論，我們會持續要求房務清潔品質，另外我們的熱水器屬於安全式的儲熱式熱水器，前一位洗完後需要稍等一下讓熱水器加熱，就有熱水，可以依照您喜好溫度自行決定等候時間，冷氣的部分我們會安排相關人員進行檢修，謝謝!!
