"The rooms were clean and spacious and the kids loved the tub! The addition of a filtering dispenser was a nice touch of convenience for all of us. The western style dishes served at breakfast were not to our taste, though the asian style dishes were delicious. We recognize that tastes are subjective however."

"Breakfast had a good variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. All of the options were very nicely and arranged and plentiful. We all loved the spa pool! Very refreshing and relaxing! The scooters for the kids were also a favorite. "

"Clean and comfortable. The shower was separated from toilet which was ideal. Also had bathtub. Amenities used in the hotel was to notch. Location of hotel was convenient to everything but needed. Highly recommended."

"Depends which room you get. I got a fantastic view of the river valley that i extended my stay for a night. Some rooms face the wall! Spring water was very good, but the onsen only opens at certain hours and swimming cap is required. Tub in the room is a bit small and cramped into the toilet. It will be best if the river can be seen from the tub. Service staffs friendly, provided breakfast lack variety (it’s the same for the 2 mornings). "
