"We had a wonderful stay at Black Bear Lodge. The property was very clean, the area was quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The gentleman at check-in was very friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a nicer room at no additional cost, which made our stay even better. The only minor issues we experienced were that the hair conditioner dispenser was not working after shampooing, and the sink in the bedroom bathroom was draining very slowly. Other...

"Think twice about staying here. The shower leaked from under the ground and flooded the bathroom and carpet anytime anyone took a shower. That left a terrible smell the entire time we were there. There was able a horrible beeping sound coming from inside the wall or ceiling that was awful, made it hard to sleep. I was never able to reach the front desk, at check in or check out to notify them. They have a phone number, I tried calling that, nobody answered. Best thing I can say, is it was a...
