"友人達と1泊で宿泊しました。部屋も広くて清掃も行き届いている綺麗なホテルです。宿泊予定の1週間前に案内のメッセージが届き、チェックイン方法等や質問等も連絡でやり取りをさせていただきました。当日も問題なくチェックインできました。一つだけ気になったのは、シャワーの使い方なのかもしれませんが、浴室と脱衣所がバリアフリーでフラットなので、水が脱衣所を通り越して部屋の方まで流れてしまったのでバスマットもビチャビチャになってしまった事ですかね… それ以外は最高に過ごしやすかったです。ベッドも広々と使えて充電もできるし、部屋の明るさ調整も自在だし、オシャレすぎました。7名で使用してもみんなが寛げるゆとりのあるお部屋で旅の疲れを取ることができました。また機会があれば、是非リピートしたいと思います。ありがとうございました。"

"Everything is good but parking is not ... That's why I gave a 4 stars ... Parking cost is 1,000 yen for 1 time that can be up to 24 hrs ... however, by using a private or rental car to visit several places with back and for the hotel several times during a day, parking cost is really a significant cost ... Parking should be changed per day with unlimited times in/out of the parking structure..."

"豊橋駅直結で、本来は電車利用の方にとって便利なホテルかと思います。今回は自家用車で伺いました。改善点の方が多く書いてしまいましたが初めて宿泊する際の困りごとがほとんどです。お部屋自体は清潔で快適です。 ◎部屋の遮音性には驚きました。高層階(12F)ではありましたが、隣や廊下はおろか、電車の音が聞こえませんでした。 ○室内は清潔で問題無しです △部屋のアメニティは平均的。飲料水は部屋になくフロントから自ら持っていく必要があります入浴剤が無いのは残念でした △駐車場が離れていて、結果的に宿泊者割引も無し。 1日に出し入れしても料金が変わらない、というのがメリットらしいのですが、日中は出かけ、この特典は享受できませんでした。50mほど歩きまして、雨風強い日でしたので少し残念でした。 △駐車場からチェックインに向かう時、看板がなく階段を登るのか、一切わかりませんでした。駅同様2階に行ってみて、入り口はありましたが結局ロビーは1階、重い荷物を持って傘もさしていましたので残念でした。"
