"So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. "Mussten 2 Zimmer wechseln weil sie vor dem Check in nicht sauber gemacht haben Und dennoch war’s nie wirklich clean"

No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles"

Aloha is not just a...
