Hotell var i dålig skick, jag fick byta själv till en annan hotell och betala igen. Jag tycker att den behöver renoveras på nytt, den är inte beredd att ta gäster. Väldigt dålig och möbler är slitna och i dåligt skick. Tyvärr att jag förlorade mina pengar på den.

Appartement sans eau chaude, frigo rouillé, bouilloire rouillé et literie d'une vingtaine d'années sans compter que les fenêtres ferme mal donc pas du tout insonorisé, courte nuit de sommeil, l'hôtel ne correspond pas à ce que hotel.com propose lors de la réservation.

Cette établissement est une catastrophe général tellement de choses à dire qu'il faut un livre pour décrire l'état de cette hôtel, trop de vis caché. J'ai été obligé de leurs demander de changer les draps et couvre couette ainsi que les taies d'oreiller pas de chauffage il coupe l'eau chaude la nuit pas de télévision ni télécommande. Très salle. Attention le prix est basique le reste est en supplément. A éviter a 100000%

Très mauvaise expérience qui a commencé dès notre arrivée à l'établissement. Mon mari et moi avons été reçus par un réceptionniste mal aimable qui nous a d'emblée dit que nous nous étions trompés d'hôtel et qu'ils n'avaient pas notre réservation, ce qu'à infirmé son collègue quelques minutes après. Il nous a été demandé notre certificat de mariage, que nous n'avions pas, ne voyageant pas avec notre livret de famille, et nous avons donc dû nous rendre au commissariat pour obtenir un document imposant à l'hôtel de nous héberger. De retour à l'hôtel, le réceptionniste nous a indiqué de manière très désagréable que nous devions payer des frais de service déjà réglés lors de la réservation. Aucune excuse de sa part lorsque nous lui avons prouvé son erreur. Après ces premiers désagréments, nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre sale, les draps jaunis présentant des tâches non identifiées ainsi que des poils et cheveux... La cuvette des WC n'avait pas été tirée et était pleine d'urine. La douche cassée, le lavabo sale, et la fenêtre de la chambre fermant mal.... Bref, un état de saleté vraiment intolérable quel que soit le prix et le (petit) standing de l'hôtel. Hôtel à fuir!!!
