"Wonderful Stay at the Lincoln Sands! Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4:30pm. Instead of having to wait 10-15 minutes to check in, the staff moved us to a nicer room that was already cleaned. We were able to enjoy salmon chowder and cookies at 5pm and ate a delicious breakfast in the morning before a lovely walk on the beach directly from the property. Highly recommend!! "

"it is a beautiful well kept property in a spot that is not so well kept. Great breakfasts and nice and responsive staff. televisions are available on request, but the set up may prove awkward since there is no designated space in the room. "It was a great trip … the room was comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have soap in the bathroom. Other than that, it was lovely! The bed was super comfortable! We stayed in Courtyard 31… I’d most definitely stay again! It was nice to have the kitchen to cook dinner and enjoy watching tv before crashing for the night! "Booked a “2 queen beds room with forest view” Pleasant Suprise to walk into 2 queen bed condo with full kitchen and beautiful ocean in sight. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we could need. ( except groceries ) The bellmen were very quick and friendly to help transport our luggage. Front desk also friendly. Location was great as it’s a short walk to the Devils Punch Bowl. We got to see a baby seal on the beach! Perfect stay and great memories made !! "

"This property is a great base from which to enjoy the Lincoln City Kite Festival. We could see the kites from our balcony and walk right out on the beach where the kites were being flown. Our unit was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and responsive--important because message with entrance code did not come through via Expedia. The staff responded at 11 pm the night before our stay!"
