"I stayed in early April. Check-in was easy. Staff was polite and checkout was easy. I didn't have the continental breakfast. The location was great. We loved being able to just walk over the bridge to New Hope and the view was nice from our room. The only downside was that the heat came on and shut off automatically. The system was very loud and hindered our sleep. Otherwise it was a nice stay. "

"We were not happy with our stay this time. I booked a king with pull out sleeper and the pull out sleeper mattress was so thin and all you could feel were the coils so we asked to be changed to a double queen room. The room was very nice and clean. Then the refrigerator/freezer made a loud buzzing noice so we ended up unplugging it both nights. The last morning we had no hot water. My husband took a cold shower and there was no way I was going to shower. We were on a tight timeline for the morning. I called maintenance and they came right away. They reset the boiler and gave me another room to take a shower. That shower was also cold so I went back to my room. They said they has to reset the boiler and I didn't have time to shower. My husband and daughter were able to get breakfast while I was waiting the lack of hot water. This is not acceptable. I am very disappointed. I messaged the hotel on 3/31 and never heard back"

"While the Mountain View is really a view of the street, the property around the hotel is gorgeous. We were thrilled with how close we were to downtown and blown away by the beautiful view of the water. The staff was incredible and the room was sparkling clean. "

"I checked in late at night after a long day of travel, hoping for a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned unpleasant. When I woke up in the morning, I discovered ants all over both of the full beds. It was extremely unsettling and clearly indicated a lack of proper cleanliness and maintenance. I informed the lady at the front desk about the issue, and she was very apologetic and seemed genuinely sorry for the situation. While I appreciated her response, it didn’t make up for the discomfort and inconvenience caused. This completely ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. I expected much better hygiene standards, especially in the sleeping area. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience."
