Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. "Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else.
The KTV was nice. You get 1 hour free per day. Also the massage service was great. "
"The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. "
"This was my third visit 3 years running staying and diving at Blue Ribbon. They have everything right for a relaxed, but safe, diving vacation. The rooms are fine and everything is convenient. You walk a few meters from your room to eat and not many more to dive. The resort has a friendly family feel to it and the staff were all fabulous. The food is also excellent with lots of variety and its all cooked fresh. Portion sizes are good and prices are reasonable. We did 16 dives over 4 days and our guide Jeff Zapata was first class. I can't wait to visit again. Jon's super friendly dog ('mush') was a delight and it made our day the day he came with us on the boat diving. I look forward to returning soon.
