"The price of the hotel is a mid range however the room, the facility and the breakfast is high end. When I first entered the room, the decorations and the furnishings and the ambiance feel like home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with several healthy options. The hotel made my trip to Sapa very memorable and made me want to plan to go back."

"Staff is overall pleasant and responsive. We had two hours of waiting after check out before transfer came and Doorman noticed us sitting in lobby and asked if need taxi. Told him wait time and he got us iced tea… Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center which means walking into center is uphill! Overall very nice hotel for price."
